The use of dynamic colors and the expression of movement are hallmarks of all of my paintings and collages, whether on paper or canvas. The colors I choose are independently selected and randomly mixed for each painting. Multiple colors move through each painting and collage, taking the viewer along many and varied paths to visions both expected and unexpected.

A title is chosen either as the painting/collage emerges or after contemplation of the finished work. As you view my paintings/collages, their images will evoke your own.

I create paintings in various series, with 4 to 20 paintings in a series. My series paintings have included: "Lifetimes to Eternity," "We Were," "Color Passages," "Fleurs des Temps," "Seven Days," "Dystopia," "Spanish Lives," "Diffusion," "Toys and Games," "The Circus," and "Afghans." Selected paintings from each of these series can be seen on the Paintings pages of my website.
